First, we would like you to know that the key to manufacture an inorganic material desiccant rotor is the organic combination of the inorganic material and substrate. The firmness of combination of these two can affect the service life of the rotor. Puresci's products capitalize on the substrate’s thin, light and porous functional characteristics, using chemical reactions to combine the adsorption material and the substrate firmly. Meanwhil, adding other chemical additives also increases the adsorption performance and capacity of our rotors.

PSS is a high-temperature desiccant rotor whose medium material is composed of three parts: inorganic fiber, inorganic silicate, and high-temperature resistant inorganic surface coating.

Puresci’s rotor test data shows the PSS can function normally at 180°C. Its excellent performance and long service life save a lot of cost for our customers. PSS dehumidification rotor can be applied in pharmaceuticals and many other fields.

PSS-S is a high-efficiency high-temperature desiccant rotor. This type of rotor is also the first upgraded desiccant rotor developed by Puresci that is different from the conventional ones. PSS-S adds hydrophilic hydroxyl groups to improve its adsorption performance.

PST is an energy-saving desiccant rotor, which is a patented product developed by Puresci after many years of research. Compared with the traditional desiccant rotor, it can save energy by 25%.

PSC is an energy-saving low dew point desiccant rotor. The Puresci medium-temperature-regeneration rotary dehumidification system reduces the regeneration temperature to 80-90°C. This can not only improve the desorption performance of water molecules , but also reduce energy consumption. This series is quite ideal for lithium battery production and our PSC has already been widely applied to many lithium battery manufacturing plants.

PSL is a rotor with low energy consumption and can perform well in low temperatures. This rotor deals with rough challenge in humidity control in the industrial field. It can help heat pump drying improve energy efficiency and upgrade quality of its finished product. PSL desiccant rotors can also be applied in air conditioners to create a sterile and comfortable environment for users.
