3. How to replace desiccant beads:

The method of replacing the desiccant beads is not troublesome. First, you can crush the desiccant beads with your fingers, then turn off the dryer and let it cool, remove the two towers from the top, and then remove all the desiccant from the bed Scoop or shovel out, then vacuum the tower, and finally check the manufacturer's recommendations for the type of desiccant.

4. The procedure replacement of desiccant wheel

You can order a complete rotor impeller assembly for replacement at the request of some desiccant manufacturers, or other desiccant wheel manufacturers that only sell replacement parts for dehumidification wheels. Generally, the price is relatively cheap. But in either case, you have to follow the manufacturer's instructions for simple removal and installation.

Compared with any other types of desiccant dehumidifiers, wheel or desiccant rotor dryers provide the most durable desiccant media on the market today. The rotary dehumidifier uses pure molecular sieve desiccant which is permanently bonded to the air through the corrugation of the desiccant dehumidification wheel. The industrial desiccant will not retain dust and will not decompose over time. It has a better life and low replacement frequency.

When the industrial desiccant stops performing its moisture absorption task, the wheel assembly, household desiccant medium and its cylindrical shell, end cap and drive system will be replaced as a complete unit. This ensures that the life of the desiccant dehumidifier is greatly extended.
