For various industries, Puresci adopts different materials and sizes for different customers. The regeneration area of Puresci's rotor is designed with an anti-cold bridge. And the regeneration air interface uses a new R&D material sealing strip to prevent airleakage, which has high air tightness. Equipped with DC motor , it is   easy to install and can be controlled precisely.

Material

    Puresci chooses different materials for different industries.These three materials are generally corrosion resistant and with a smooth surface, which are difficult for bacteria to attach. These materials are suitable for industries with high cleanliness requirements such as food industry, pharmacy and so on. 

    Cold drawn square tube

    This material is specially designed for industries with low cleanliness requirement.

Anti-cold Bridge

    The high-humidity air in regeneration area and the cold air in processing area are easy to transfer heat and cold through the metal parts of regeneration area, resulting in condensation water in regeneration area and having a great influence on  rotor dehumidification performance. Puresci has designed a special anti-cold bridge in regeneration area to avoid this .

Motor (AC or DC)
    Compared with AC motor, DC motor has stable speed regulation and is suitable for high-precise control. And it's equipped with a controller specially customized by Puresci,which can accurately control the remote control and accurately feedback the speed of the rotor.
 

Sealing Strip

 

    The new special sealing material (high-quality fluororubber) developed by Puresci is used in the cassette regeneration air interface. This sealing strip has high sealing performance, lubricity and long-term wear-resistance, which can make up for the shortcomings of the previous one.
